I Suppose I am going to do what I wrote about last week, which was living in truth. Then I must say, bouncing back from surgery at my age is tough. Even if you feel like you are in shape, age may be a number, but it also does not lie.
The excruciating pain humbled me. The need for my babe to help me with some of the simplest things made me appreciative. However, the adage that “life is short” is correct. It is also true that we should live life to the fullest, ask what love requires of us, especially in tough situations, figure out ways to be an antiracist, and work to be a part of the solution in every case, whatever the question is.
