I believe that people do what they know how to do, which means the opposite is also true. People do not do what they do not know what to do. When I speak about living the “100 percent life,” I talk about whether the person knows about “the100percent life” or doesn’t. Suppose someone knows that being hopeful, having dreams, setting goals, and learning how to take action to accomplish them. Why wouldn’t they do it?  

They don’t know!
