Remove Three Things

You’re invited!

…to do a personal check-in regarding the New Year goals set in January.  Here is a mid-year tune-up.  Ask yourself:

What are my goals?

How close am I to accomplishing my goals?

What steps am I taking to accomplish my goals?

In what ways do I need to adjust my strategy?

If there was ever a moment to follow your passion and do something that matters to you, the moment is now!  In order to reach your goals and make all of your dreams come true you must remove three things from your mind and your mouth:  CAN’T, QUIT, EXCUSES.

CAN’T is usually proceeded with the personal pronoun “I” which when put together lets you know whatever it is in front of you won’t happen because you have already told yourself what the outcome will be.

QUITTING guarantees the dream or goal you set will not be realized because you got off the road that was leading you there.  Don’t quit!  Instead take risks!  It’s impossible to change anything you refuse to confront.  Your mistakes do not define you, your struggles are not permanent, and you are here NOW with the power to shape your day and your future.

Finally, if you convince yourself you can’t and you quit even trying, then when you ask yourself what happened, all you will have is a handful of EXCUSES.  Yes you can!  Giving up is not an option.  Do not be afraid to make mistakes.  You will most likely not regret things you did but will regret things you did not do.  Excuses don’t hold water.
