Softball Saga

As many of you know my girls’ softball team went down to Fresno last weekend to get our BERTH to the PGF softball championships. Three qualifiers, 150 teams, thousands of dollars later we accomplished one of our goals.  Various things about last weekend stood out for me.  One is my team has GRIT (Passion and Perseverance) the ability to stick with their proclaimed goal or as Angela Duckworth states, sticking with their future. The other thing that stood out even when you win, parents will be parents.
