Chasing the Lion 3

“I came as one, but I stand as ten thousand” ~ Maya Angelou

I love the quote from the great Maya Angelou, especially for this week. As I continue my journey through the book, Chase the Lion, I am super excited that eleven of my family members, wife, daughters, siblings have all decided to travel this path, and chase their lion as we read the book together. This is the point of Ms. Angelou’s quote. We all get here by ourselves, but there are many whose shoulders we stand on, who stand with us as we “chase the lion”.
